Chiropractic Care
When turning your head feels stiff, or your lower back keeps interrupting your day, you want to understand what’s going on. At Bjorlie Chiropractic, Dr. Kevin Bjorlie, DC, listens to what hurts, how it affects your routine, and what you’d like to get back to doing.
Care Built Around Your Concerns
Chiropractic care focuses on assessing and managing problems involving joints, muscles, and related nerves. Your health history and examination help determine whether care is suitable and which techniques to recommend.
That conversation includes what makes symptoms better or worse, previous injuries, and any care you’ve already tried. Your chiropractor considers how discomfort affects your movement and daily activities before explaining the findings and recommendations.
Patients visit our Fargo practice with concerns including:
- Back and neck pain, headaches, and muscle tension
- Carpal tunnel symptoms, sciatica, and pinched nerves
- Pregnancy-related back and hip discomfort
- Whiplash and other musculoskeletal injuries
- Tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis, and knee pain
Similar symptoms may have different causes. An examination helps guide the next steps, including referrals to other healthcare providers when needed.
An Approach That Fits Your Needs
You may prefer hands-on adjustments, feel more comfortable with an instrument, or have questions about a technique you’ve experienced before. Those preferences belong in the conversation.
Available approaches include Diversified Chiropractic, Thompson Drop, Activator Methods®, Gonstead, Cox Flexion-Distraction, and Webster Technique. Your chiropractor selects techniques based on the examination findings and adapts positioning and force to your needs.
Other Options Within Your Care Plan
Recommendations may include electrical muscle stimulation, therapeutic ultrasound, cold laser therapy, acupuncture, or shockwave therapy. These services serve different purposes and may complement adjustments when appropriate.
Impulse IQ® offers another instrument-assisted adjusting option that delivers controlled impulses with a tapping sensation. X-ray services are available when clinically indicated.
Your chiropractor will explain why they recommend a service, what to expect, and how your response will guide future care. You can ask about alternatives and discuss concerns before proceeding. Your goals and comfort remain part of that ongoing conversation.
